I struggle with snacking between meals. What are your go-to keto snacks that are actually satisfying enough to stop you from continuing to graze?

Most satiating keto snacks — high fat + protein combos:
— Cheese cubes + pepperoni (keeps me going 3-4 hours)
— Hard-boiled egg + mayo or mustard
— Macadamia nuts (most calorie-dense nut, very filling, 2g net carbs/oz)
— Full fat Greek yogurt with walnuts
— Cream cheese on celery
— Pork rinds with guacamole
Bone broth is my secret weapon for between-meal hunger. A warm mug has calories, sodium, and amino acids that signal satiety in a way I can't fully explain but consistently works. Also hits the "I want something warm" craving that snacking often really is.
String cheese and olives — together they're strangely perfect. The salt and fat from olives with protein from cheese is genuinely satisfying. A big handful of olives is only 2-3g net carbs too.
Budget-friendly: canned sardines in olive oil on cucumber slices. Yes I know it sounds awful. But it's rich in fat, protein, omega-3s, and very filling. One can is ~200 calories of nutritious food for $2. Keep one in your desk.
The bone broth suggestion is interesting — never thought of it as a snack. Going to try this week. I think a lot of my snacking is wanting something warm in the afternoon, not real hunger.
