I've tried 3 keto pizza recipes and they've all been disappointing. Either the crust falls apart, tastes like eggs, or is so thin it's just a cracker. Is there a keto pizza that's actually worth eating? Please help — this is my biggest keto craving.

Fathead dough is the answer and it genuinely works. Here's my tested recipe:
Crust: 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 egg, 3/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave 90 seconds. Mix in egg, then fold in almond flour and garlic. Wet your hands and press onto parchment-lined baking sheet into a circle. Poke all over with a fork. Bake 425°F for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm.
Toppings: Low-sugar marinara (Rao's brand is popular and low carb), shredded mozzarella, whatever toppings you like that are keto (pepperoni, sausage, vegetables). Back in oven 8-10 minutes.
The crust holds up, has real texture, and tastes like pizza not eggs. The key is not skipping the pre-bake step for the crust.
Rao's marinara mentioned above has 4g net carbs per 1/4 cup — significantly lower than most sauces. Compare to Prego at 12g per 1/4 cup. For a full pizza you're using maybe 3/4 cup of sauce, so the sauce choice alone is a 24g carb swing.
Alternative to fathead if you're almond flour sensitive: 1 large cauliflower riced very fine, squeeze out ALL water (this is crucial), mix with egg and mozzarella, form crust, bake 425°F until very dry and golden before adding toppings. Takes more work but is a bit lighter than fathead if you're trying to keep calories lower.
My lazier version: a large portobello mushroom cap brushed with olive oil, pre-baked 10 min, then topped like pizza. Tiny, but when you just want the pizza taste/smell without the effort, it hits the spot. Also basically zero carbs.
Chaffle pizza is another option for lazy days — waffle made from mozzarella and egg in a mini waffle maker, used as personal pizza crust. 2 minutes to make, actually crispy, holds toppings well. Mini waffle makers are like $15 on Amazon and the chaffle is one of keto's best inventions.
